Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") govern the relationship between Le Botaniste (hereinafter referred to as "the Establishment") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") making a reservation or purchasing services offered by the Establishment.
1. Acceptance of GTCS
Any reservation or purchase made by the Customer implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS. The GTCS are available on the Establishment's website and may be modified at any time. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the date of the reservation.
2. Reservation
2.1. Reservation process.
Reservations may be made via our website, by telephone or by e-mail. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the Establishment.
2.2 Reservation guarantee.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or by the payment of a deposit, the amount of which is specified at the time of booking.
3. Reservation Cancellation and Modification
3.1 Cancellation conditions.
Cancellation conditions vary according to the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking. They are specified at the time of booking. In general, free cancellations are possible up to 3 days before the arrival date.
3.2 Reservation changes.
Reservation changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes must be confirmed in writing by the Establishment.
4. Rates and payment
4.1. Prices.
Rates for services are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The Establishment reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, but services will be billed on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of reservation.
4.2. Payment.
Payment in full for the stay and ancillary services is required on arrival. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), checks and cash are accepted.
5. Hotel services
5.1. Arrival and departure times.
Rooms are available from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5.2. Food and beverage.
The establishment's restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner services according to posted opening hours. Reservations are recommended for meals.
6. Liability
The Establishment declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to customers' personal belongings, except in the event of proven fault on the part of the Establishment. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the Establishment's property by themselves or by persons under their responsibility.
7. Personal data
The Establishment is committed to protecting customers' personal data. The information collected is necessary for the processing of reservations and will be used in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Establishment's head office.
9. Applicable law
These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall be submitted to the French courts.
